ORDERS
Each design is made to order so time span for completion will vary - minimum time is 7 days from date of order.
However, many designs are likely to be within 4 - 6 weeks of placing your order. You will be informed by Email of the approximate time span for your order. You will also have regular contact by Email as regards to the progress of your order. Should you have a last minute order please phone as it may be possible to accommodate your requirements.

POSTAGE
Sheila Kerr Jewellery offers FREE First Class Postage.
However, Sheila Kerr Jewellery recommends Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure that orders are insured and tracked. This incurs a fee of £5 plus the cost of the order. The customer has a right to choose delivery method at the time of order.
PACKAGING
Orders are securely packed for posting, wrapped in acid free tissue to prevent tarnishing and are supplied in a special gift box free of charge.
RETURNS
Should any order not be to your satisfaction, please return within 7 days with the original packaging. Full refund of the transaction will be given on receipt. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons if earrings have been worn they are non-returnable.
CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY
Jewellery / tiaras should be stored separately in a bag, box or jewellery roll to prevent damage. Pearls should be worn after perfume has been sprayed and should not be worn in areas of high humidity e.g. steam rooms, saunas etc. Pearl rings should be removed when bathing / handwashing etc.
REPAIRS
Should any item ordered from Sheila Kerr Jewellery become damaged due to a design fault, just return the item and we will repair it free of charge. However, should damage occur due to inappropriate use we can offer a repair service at a small charge (depending on work to be done).
ALLERGIES
Nickel Free Sterling Silver and Silver Plate is used in the designs. However, if you know that you may be allergic to metals it is possible to have titanium earwires if you wish. If you are aware of any allergies please inform us at the time of order.
UNITED KINGDOM LAW
Sheila Kerr Jewellery is subject to the laws within the United Kingdom and Scots Law. Any orders out with UK will be subject to this law.
DISCLAIMER
Although great care goes into the designs, please keep jewellery etc away from children under 3 years of age as many items contain small parts. Also, tiaras although finished to a high standard, may be harmful to children under 3 years of age due to design e.g. strands of silver wire etc.
COPYRIGHT
Sheila Kerr Jewellery designs and images are covered by the law of intellectual property rights and such shall not be copied or reproduced for commercial purposes in any way.
INSURANCE
Sheila Kerr Jewellery is covered by PUBLIC AND PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE as well as possessing employer's liability insurance with full cover through the membership of the NMTF (National Market Trader's Federation).
DATA PROTECTION
All information (name, address, contact numbers, Email addresses and any other information) gathered from customers, or potential customers, shall not be used for any other purposes without the express consent of the customer. Nor shall this information be passed on to a third party.
